Every custom plush toy starts with your idea. Share a sketch, a photo or even just a rough description, and our design team will turn it into a detailed specification and a digital mock-up for your approval.
Once you approve the design, we create a physical sample using the fabrics, fillings and colors we agreed on. You can hold it, test it and request changes. This stage is where most refinements happen, and we revise until the sample matches your vision exactly.
After sample approval, we move into bulk production. Each piece is cut, sewn, stuffed and inspected, then passes through quality control checks for stitching strength, filling weight and safety standards before being packed and shipped to your door.
